1) How long are the leases?
All the leases are 12 month. However, occasionally we have tenants looking to sublet short term by the bedroom.
2) What utilities are included in the rent?
Pest control and lawn care are included in the rent.
3) Are there different floor plans?
Yes. We have multiple floor plans. Please see the next tab for photos and tours!
4) How far are the houses from campus?
The units are 2-4 blocks from campus.
5) Do you allow pets?
Yes we do allow pets. There is $500 pet deposit ($250 is non refundable)
6) Do you have fenced in backyard?
Yes, majority of our units have fenced back yards.
